HOW WE CAN REMOVE OUR WRINKLES NATURALLY

To  avoid  wrinkles  on your  skin  , it is  important to give  time to exercise . If you want to glow your skin , then you  have  to take a balanced  diet  too .

      So ,   in this  post we are  talking  about those women  who  want their  skin to be wrinkles  free. Today  , I am discussing  those  factors , which are related  to skin care .  If you are about 31 years old  then this  post can help you in various ways for  looking  more  young .

Exercises  for  your face-

1.Open the mouth as much as possible, then look towards the ceiling. Keep the mouth as it should be for 10 to 20 minutes. Exercise can prove to be the best for Chin. Do this for one to 5 minutes twice a day.
2.Lock your lips with index finger  and fill air in the mouth slowly, take out the air, do it 10 to 15 times .
3.Emphasizing the neck, face back and forth, do it for 1 to 3 minutes.

Avoid  junk food  and take  balanced  diet -

Take cornflakes , oats,and  museli  for  3 days  in one week  at night .  If you eat pizza then include  fruits  and juices also next day.

Balanced  diet -

Our skin is made of protein, so it is important that the protein is used more and more in the food. The meaning of protein in fish and different types of pulses.
Consumption of food items containing vitamin E does not cause rash and red marks on skin. It is beneficial for the skin to eat foods containing vitamin E. This vitamin is found in cereal dal, dry fruit and jaggery .   As well as eating fiber in the food, do help  in removing the problem of irritation of the skin. Fiber is  not found only in green leafy vegetables, but it also  found in brown bread,  porridge and oats .

Less use of carbohydrates in diet -

 Including high amounts of carbohydrate in the diet can harm the skin. The excessive intake of carbohydrate can reduce the colozen  of the skin and maintain the bright skin. The colozon found in macaroni,  pasta, junk food, etc. damage the skin, whereas the thick grains and brown  bread,honey  Carbohydrate found in those bread  is beneficial for  you.

Be balanced  for veg and non veg-

Your diet should be of that style  in which the veg and non-veg are in balanced amounts to take care of the skin.  Add dairy products,  fruit,  whole grains in our  diet and the things of the lean fat with them like chicken, Give skin long life,to your  skin .
