It's a myth that ghee increases our weight. But do you know that if we use ghee in a proportion then it' decreases weight. We all have ghee in our kitchen but we don't use it because we don't know benifits of ghee. Therefore here I am sharing some benefits of ghee. 1. Balance harmons Today's youth is facing harmonal issues which introduces many health problems. The main benifit of ghee is that it balances our harmones.Ghee has calcium, potassium, phosphorus, vitamin A, vitamin D,and minerals. Therefore to reduce harmonal issues have ghee in your diet. 2.Reduces constipation & acidity To remove this problem we have to take one cup of hot milk along with ghee before sleeping. 3.Healthy heart If you want your heart healthy then instead of refined oil , use Desi ghee. उठ मन अब काम कर, बैठ मत ,आराम कर, सुबह का न इंतजार कर। वहम को त्याग कर, नाच ले मन तान पर। खुद की वाह वाह कर, किसी की ना परवाह कर, हौसलों को थाम कर, खुद को पहचान कर। खुद पर एहसान कर, उठ मन अब काम कर। -✍️पूनम ✍️✍️
