SKIN CAN BECOME DULL FROM SUN RAYS. AVOID GETTING OUT IN THE SUN. IF YOU WANT TO GO OUT IN SUN THE SKIN SHOULD BE COVERED WITH A COTTON CLOTH. SUN RAYS NOT ONLY MAKE OUR SKIN DULL BUT IT ALSO DECREASES MOISTURE CONTENT IN THE SKIN. 3. EAT SALAD AND GREEN VEGETABLES. ALTHOUGH LEAFY AND GREEN VEGETABLES SUCH AS BROCCOLI ARE GOOD FOR HEALTH BUT EATING THEM TOO MUCH CAN INCREASE LITTLE BIT OF WEIGHT. THIS LIGHT WEIGHTCAN BOTHER YOU ON THE DAY OF MARRIAGE. IN YOUR DIET, SALAD AND FRUITS SHOULD BE INCLUDE  IN ABUNDANCE.
