SAVE YOUR SKIN , USE SUNSCREEN

Without sunscreen, when we go to the sun, our skin burns in danger of changing and deteriorating. If the new low levels of UV reach the skin, then this ray breaks the collagen and causes wrinkles to come.

Many people's skin may be black due to late sunlight, due to late sunlight, there is a risk of pigmentation and fine lines. 90% of skin cancer cases are due to UV rays but the good news is that  The skin's risk of skin cancer due to the sun's rays is very low for  Indians.

In fact, our bad skin naturally preserves us in the sun, but due to sunlight, the skin remains stained with scarring and pigmentation.

BY COCONUT  OIL  -

1.  You can make the best sunscreen with coconut oil at home. For this, add half of its amount of coconut oil to Shia Butter, Zinc Oxide and water. If you want to make it water proof, then get a little mouth in it and mix it well. After that put them in a cool place.

2.Aloe vera juice can be mixed with carrot seeds oil, avocado oil and any essential oil of your choice, remembering sunscreen is ready for you. Aloevara gives coolness to the skin and will save  your skin  with sunlight.

By ALMOND OIL AND OLIVE  OIL

3. Vitamin E in both of these oils is the best medicine for the skin. Take almond oil and olive oil in equal quantity in a glass. Mix coconut water and mouth in it and put it in warm water. Add zinc oxide to this mixture. Ready to use.
BY TEA LEAVES

4. In half a cup of water, two teaspoons of tea leaves have been soaked for overnight and nowadays use blisters and water as a screen, it will be very helpful for your skin.

BY TURMERIC  POWDER

5. A pinch of turmeric with the properties of antioxidant is found in coconut oil and put it on the skin. You are all ready toto   go out in the dark sun.

 SPF means the sun protection factor. The amount and amount of sunscreen you are consuming is very important because its answer ends in two to three hours, as much as the fourth part of a small spoon is perfect for putting sunscreen. If you talk about SPF then 30 SPF of Sunscreen  for Indian skin,  is applicable.
So, in winter or rainy  season don't  forget to apply sunscreen  on your  face.
