Today I am sharing information about red chilli powder and turmeric powder.

RED CHILLI POWDER

It can be used to make food more spicy. We eat this as a dry red chilli. There is vitamin C in green chilli .It becomes red after dry. It increases digestion and , hunger.Red chilli is a blood-borne destroyer and prevents cholera disease. It decreases cough and makes food more interesting. But we should use the red chilli powder in limit.
Some benefits are:-
1. Red chilli maintains blood pressure.
2. Prevent heart ailments.
3. It burns fat.
4. It helps in decreasing swelling of some
     joints and increases blood flow.
5. It settles the stomach.
6. It builds immunity.
7. Increases hemoglobin production.

TURMERIC POWDER

 Turmeric powder has used in food and as a medicine from ancient times.
It is a source of iron and an important medicine.Turmeric powder uses in pulses and vegetables. It can be used as both dried or raw spice. It purifies our blood and increases glowing our skin. It kills germs inside our body also.
Some benefits are
1. Turmeric has your liver detox.
2. Prevents the onset of cancer.
3. It has inflammatory properties.
4.  Curcumin in turmeric is anti-oxidants.
5.  It can prevent Alzheimer's decease.
6. It reduces the intensity of Arthritis.
7. It improves brain health.
8. Turmeric has healing properties.

Turmeric powder is definitely beneficial  and one should try to use in their staple diet as much as possible.
