Benefits of curd

There are many benefits of eating curd. It is very important to eat curd in the summer because it brings freshness in the body. All the big householders advise us to eat yogurt. Consuming three quarters cup of curd gives 3.5 grams fats , 20 grams of sugar, 100 to 150  calories , to 10 grams of protein, along with it, calcium in the body and vitamin D deficiency also goes away. In terms of nutrients, curd is very rich if you eat curd.  If you do not like it, then you can use it in your diet in many ways like Raita, shakes, baby food ,soup ,sweets, Sandwiches in any form.yogurt can be part of the diet in many ways.

 Many types of bacteria are found in curd, due to their presence, the immunity in the body becomes strong and by consuming curd, our body is saved from infections and diseases.

 Strengthening of bones and teeth


 The daily intake of what calcium and phosphorus are found in curd can prevent the diseases of Artharitis  and osteoporosis process. It strengthens teeth and bones and has higher calcium content in yogurt than other dairy products.

Necessary for heart


 Using yogurt daily, reduces the risk of all the diseases related to the heart, curd does not allow cholesterol to accumulate in the heart and it also reduces the risk of  high blood pressure in our  heart.

Gives Better digestion

 Eating curd makes our digestive system very strong and there is no risk of infection of any kind because the bacteria found in yogurt are very useful for the body.

 Calcium is found in very good quantity in yogurt, so that problems like obesity and blood pressure can be avoided. To reduce the fat in the stomach, at least 300 grams of curd should be eaten in a day.

Better choice of milk

 Yogurt is a better alternative to milk. People who cannot drink milk or do not like to drink milk can eat curd and get rid of the deficiencies of their body because the calcium and phosphorus present in yogurt makes the digestive system strong as well.  Also, many benefits can be obtained from milk by eating curd.

 Glowing skin

 Curd is also very good for the skin. Yogurt contains vitamin E, zinc and phosphorus and many different types of minerals which help to improve the skin's texture and color.
  As the gram flour is prepared with curd and lemon juice, it makes the skin soft and shiny.
Remove  dandruff from hair

 Many methods are tried to remove dandruff, but curd is one such method of removing dandruff that is easily available at home. In fact, there is a fungal infection, due to the lactic acid in the yogurt, it can be used in the way of  removing dandruff. Applying curd to hair for 1 hour and then rinsing it with water helps in getting rid of dandruff.


 Reduces depression and restlessness


 Yogurt reduces stress and anxiety, in today's time every person takes stress, but if we want to get rid of stress, then it is very important to consume yogurt daily, yogurt reduces the level of activity of that part of the brain, then directly  It is associated with pain and emotion.  Therefore, consume yogurt daily and stay away from diseases.

Remove s dark spots

Curd is a good home remedy to remove the dark spots on your skin .

Prevents premature wrinkles

Curd  has an antioxidants ,so,it helps and prevents premature wrinkles.
