2. Despite being tired, we try to complete the tasks and do not sleep even when we feel sleepy. If you are very tired then you can take a nap of 15 to 20 minutes, this will give you a lot of rest and will be full of energy.
3. If you are feeling tired then you should go out of the house or office and take a walk for some time. Being in the company of nature will make you feel very energetic.
4. If you feel tired then just laughing reduces the stress and makes the body feel energetic.
5. Clapping hands vigorously increases blood circulation and we feel very refreshed.
6. Nature plays an important role in increasing the energy level of our body. If you ever feel lack of energy, then remove the curtains from the windows of the house and let the sunlight come in. This will infuse energy in your house and remove fatigue.
7. When you feel lack of energy, make crosswords or play any other mind game, this will remove mental fatigue.
8. If your fatigue is very deep and chronic, you can also consult a doctor.
Because sometimes fatigue is also mental.
9. To remove fatigue, you can listen to classical music and can enjoy the music.

11. Sometimes, if you feel tired, then wear new clothes, get well prepared and go out for a walk, this will make your heart happy and you will feel refreshed.
12.When you feel tired then take a bath with warm water and you can keep your feet into warm water for 30 minutes to remove tiredness. This will give you relief.
13. If you are feeling low and tired then spend some moments with your loved ones ( like mother or friends). You can communicate with your mother too.
14. If you feel tired then can take a cup of hot tea or coffee.
15. You can talk with children . It will change your mood and remove tiredness immediately.
