HEALTHY DRINKS FOR SUMMER
In summer we drink some energy drinks, but are they good for health or not? Who will give the answer and what should we use in the place of readymade energy drinks. Today I will give you some homemade energy drinks which increase our energy and are good from the hyginic point of view.
1. Take 1/2 cup of coconut juice and mix half cup of watermelon juice in it.3-4 drops of lemon juice make your drink more tasty.
2. Take half cup of coconut juice and mix half of cup orange juice and mix some pieces of banana and put this drink in fridge . After 25 minutes,you can take it.
3.Take one bowl of water and some pieces of ginger in it .Boil this water and stay for cool down. Now mix salt , lemon juice and honey according to taste and drink it .
4.This drink balance moisture in you. Take half cup of orange juice and mix two drops of lemon juice and pinch of salt. Now you can add some honey and put it in fridge. After some time you can drink your home made and fresh energy drink.
