ALWAYS STAY HAPPY
As you all know that lock down is going on, in such a situation, it is very noticeable that our children and how we all spend our time.
"DAILY DEEDS DETERMINE DESTINY."
If possible, give children toys and small jobs so that they can stay away from bad habits like TV and mobile. Play Ludo with the kids. Snake ladder and carrom board.
"DO THE RIGHT THINGS!!"
We should motivate them to play badminton and other games. Most of us know that giving more than 1 hour of television and mobile for children can prove very harmful for their health. This can cause children to go into depression because the brain they use in these gadgets is also very important for their studies.
"CHILDREN MUST BE TAUGHT HOW TO THINK NOT WHAT TO THINK."
Children should be asked to do small tasks such as keeping the same thing in the proper place, folding hands in cooking, helping with cleaning, helping to cut salads, and focusing on reading stories and comics. This will make more confident and great to our children. In this lock down, our routine is completely different, for which it is necessary that our mental as well as physical health should be good for which every person should exercise and eat healthy food.
"MAKE EACH DAY , YOUR MASTERPIECE."
Parents should try and tell children how to jump and play with them to spend a good time with them and how to be happy.
Because of this, many habits have changed due to coronavirus such as putting on a mask at a distance of 1 meter every day, washing hands every 1 hour, etc. It is important to bring such good habits to life as well as that our children have some more good If habits are included, then sleeping will become icing on the cake, so changing these habits is also very important in this era.
"There are two types of habits: ones which comfort us, and ones which would be a comfort if we stopped."
At last the youth or children are the future of our country .So, let's change our habits.
