More than gold : The spiritual power of Golden Temple.

“Where faith shines , brighter than gold.

”We planned a two-day trip to Amritsar and stayed for two nights and one day at Saragadhi Saraay, near the Golden Temple.




At night, we visited the Golden Temple to experience its night view. It looked absolutely mesmerizing, and its reflection in the Sarovar truly stole my heart ❤️.


“Here humanity is served before anything else.”


We had darshan at night, and early the next morning we attended Shabad Kirtan and took Langar Prasad. The vibes were extremely pure and spiritual.



People there were very calm, kind, and humble. The arrangements for devotees were well-managed, disciplined, and thoughtful.

“No names no status only souls   in prayer.”

In the langar, we had rice, parshad, and tandoori dal. Sitting on the floor touched my heart deeply because everyone—rich or poor, young or old, from any caste—sat together and shared the same Prasad. This beautiful equality made the experience even more meaningful. The Shabad and Kirtan filled my heart with positivity and peace.






“The calm of sarover heals , what words cannot.”

One beautiful thing I noticed was that everyone covered their head with a handkerchief or dupatta. It is believed that when you cover your head, Guru Ji’s blessings enter your mind and soul forever.

“Sitting together , eating together ,a true meaning of langer.”

Before leaving, we took Kada Prasad and sat there quietly for about an hour. The atmosphere felt full of positivity, devotion, and divine energy.

“Golden glow , peaceful soul.”

A Divine Journey to Vaishno Devi – Jai Mata Di 🙏 The distance from Agra to Katra (Jammu) is approximately 856.6 km, and it takes around 15 hours 35 minutes by car. We chose to travel by car and planned everything well in advance. We booked Bhawan Aarti tickets and a dormitory stay three months before our trip. We were blessed to attend the sacred Garbh Joon Aarti. In Katra, the weather was quite hot, but as we reached the Bhawan, the cool breeze and chilly night air were refreshing and calming. One of the most unforgettable moments was entering the Garbh Joon cave—a deeply spiritual experience. Coming out of the narrow cave felt like emerging into a new world.
