मिट्टी के दीए घर पर लाना जी, सबके घर रोशन कर जाना जी।  नित स्वच्छता जरूरी है,  मन के कोने की लेकिन अधूरी है।  घर आंगन को साफ करते हो तो,  दिल के आंगन को स्वच्छ कर जाना जी। मिट्टी के दीए घर पर लाना जी , सबके घर को रोशन कर जाना जी । राम जी अयोध्या पधारे हैं,  रोशन करो वह दिल जो अंधकार से हारे हैं।  नित ज्ञान का दीया जलाना जी,  दीपावली ऐसे मनाना जी। मिट्टी के दीए घर पर लाना जी,  सबके घर को रोशन कर जाना जी। यूं तो हर दिन ही है दीपावली,  चारों ओर छाई हरियाली।  फैले सबके घर पर खुशहाली,  अपने उत्तरदायित्व को नहीं भुला ना जी , दीपावली ऐसे मनाना जी । मिट्टी के दीए घर पर लाना जी , सबके घर को रोशन कर जाना जी । आज अंधकार को हृदय से मिटा देना,  किसी ने कुछ कहा हो तुमको उसे तुम भुला देना । स्वयं से अहम को मिटा ना जी,  ऐसी दीवाली मनाना जी। मिट्टी  के दीए घर पर लाना जी,  सबके घर को रोशन कर जाना जी।  खेल खिलौने बताशे की दिवाली,  मिट्टी के दीए वाली दिवाली , पूजा की थाल, रंगोली वाली दिवाली , खुशियों को बांटने वाली दिवाली,  अंतः करण के दीपक खोल , प्रकाश की लौ

Today I am sharing a story of a boy with you. He is an inspiration for those who are struggling with their circumstances.So,are you ready.      Once upon a time there was a boy whose name was Samyak.He was very intelligent and was active in his studies.He was all-rounder in the class.He was now in intermediate.He wanted to become a doctor.He gave his medical examination two times but was not able to pass in NEET exams.His dream was broken.His father was in other city and Samyak lived in Delhi with her mom. Slowly as time passed he was suffering  by depression. Now he was upset and he didn't like to meet someone. He didn't eat properly.  मैं था अनभिज्ञ  अपने कर्तव्यों से , यह आज पता चला।  मुझे मेरे अपनों से,  समझता था हर कार्य हैं मुझसे जुड़ा।  गर्व था खुद पर कि मैं हूं खड़ा,  सोचता था मेरे बिना जीना होगा असंभव।  क्योंकि मेरे जैसे इंसान का मिलना है दुर्लभ,  तभी मेरी मां ने जताया।  यह है तेरे कर्तव्य बताया।।  किसी के लिए नहीं करते हो,  खुद से पूछो किस पर मरते हो?  यह है केवल अहंकार तुम्हारा,  मत बनाओ स्वयं को बेचारा।  कल्पना करो कि कर्तव्य है तुम्हारा , वहन करो बंन कर अंगारा।  हर कार्य में खुशी नहीं मिलती,  कर्तव्यों का पालन करने में ही है उन्नति।  मन को मारकर भी करने पड़ते हैं कर्तव्य,  यह है सच्चाई नहीं कोई व्यंग।।  मेरी चक्षु आज खुल गए मां,  भर गई उमंग बढ़ गया उत्साह।।  अब कर्मों को कर्तव्य  ही समझूंगा,  समस्या हुई तो तुमको ढूंढ लूंगा।                     ✍️ पूनम ✍️✍️

In our daily life we use lemon as vegetable but some people know the qualities of lemon because it is rich in vitamin C and can use in  glowing and beautify the face. I am giving you some tips for enhance the beauty. LEMON  BODY SCRUB -  Take a 1 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl and mix 1/2 cup olive oil and 1 spoon honey in it and mix well. Now give masaag to your body for 5 to 10 minutes with this mixture. This mixture is our lemon scrub. It will remove all dead skin from your body . LEMON FACE PACK - Take some juice of lemon then mix some curd and white part of egg and mix it finely. Now apply this pack on your face for 30 minutes. This pack is very effective for glowing skin. Our teacher one day told us a story about his friend. I found it interesting and also wanted you to listen the story. That day our teacher told one boy, "Don't  tell lie to me", and then he narrated his story, he was a child ,back to eight standard he was having a classmate named Joy. That days they used to get report cards for two days and get it signed it from parents and return it back to class teacher. After two days, his classmate joy  brought the card and his maths teacher asked him to show it to him . He saw the report card and asked to him,"Is it your signature", joy said(after a long moment of silence),"Yes sir, it's mine signature", after then everyone in the class started howling.  दुआ है कभी तो करीब आओ , आंखों ही आंखों में बातें बनाओ ।  गीली सड़कों पर हाथ थाम कर  इतराओ,  ऐसे तो दिल को कभी तुम  धड़काओ। दुआ है कभी तो थामो मेरा हाथ,  बयां करने दो मेरे ज़ज्बात । आंसू से दामन को ना तुम भिगाओ,  सभी को छोड़ कभी यहां भी सावन बरसाओ । दुआ है कभी तो फूलों सा  मुस्कुराओ , आंचल से ना तुम चेहरे को छुपाओ । चेहरे को कभी तो पढ़ने दो मुझे, दिल की अनजान राहों पर गीत गुनगुनाओ। दुआ है कभी तो बैठो मेरे पास , । दिल की कहानियों को मुझे भी सुनाओ । दिल का बोझ उठाने दो मुझे, कभी इन रातों में आ कर दिये तो जलाओ । एहसासों की ओस को चमकने दो आज , वीराने मंजर में मीठी हवाएं चलाओ । नहीं हमसे छुपाना कोई राज, खामोशी,से बढ़कर मुझे है तुम पर नाज़। छेड़ दो तुम ,दिल के तार कोई आज।।                -    पूनम❣️❣️❣️
